Multiple rounds of interviews with hiring manager and then with the rest of team. Interview focuses more in your personality than your skills or qualifications. It looks like a personality test most of the interviews focusing on hobbies and ways to approach work.

Interview

Phone screen with recruiter, then manager interview. Recruiter made me feel like I was a great candidate and said I'd go to the next step. Then I had to follow up with recruiter on next steps. After the manager interview finally happened, the company ghosted me.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EQRx (New York, NY)

Interview

Was ghosted by this company. Found out they were on a hiring freeze. Just say that. Don't ghost me after an interview. They post all this marketing fluff online yet the people I know who work there are drowning with no support. So maybe it's ok I was ghosted in the long run.. But as a professional with 20 years experience that type of treatment really irks me.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EQRx

Interview

Typical interview process, HR screen and then panel interview. No technical interview, all just conversations. The whole process went pretty smoothly until I met my last interviewer. It seems that I did not meet her expectation and therefore I was not followed up any more. Originally I was thinking that I could get the offer as the other interviews went really well. But I guess some how someone have the veto power. Also instead of went silence, it might be good just to send a rejection and at least provide some feedback to the interviewee. Mutual respect, right?

Typical recruiter to hiring manager to multiple 1 on 1 interviews (never made it that far). Be *warned* - this company sets up interviews to *steal your ideas* and get intel

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EQRx in Jan 2022

Interview

The interview process is extremely well structured, and the recruiter sets clear expectations and commits to them. Furthermore, the team is friendly and knowledgeable, putting the focus on what would you be able to add to the team. The process took 2 months (Christmas break in the middle): - Interview with HR - Interview with the Technical Director - Interview with a team member - Interviews with 4 different teams across the company Throughout the interview process, I became more enthusiastic about this company just by how inspiring the interviewers were.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EQRx in Dec 2021

Interview

Very well organized and the recruiter kept in touch with me through it all. I met with HR first, then the hiring manager, then 3 others. The process took several weeks but it was over a holiday so I think that's part of why it was so long.

Interview

It is rare that you meet with 7 different team members and feel that you had a connection with all. Terrific process and felt like they were truly interested in me and the value I would bring to the organization. So excited that I get to be part of this game changing mission !!

Quality Assurance Engineer

I had a four-stage interview. The job was removed from the company career page after my first stage with HR, but I was surprised to see that the job was reposted 2 hours after I interviewed for the final round. It's been one week, They are yet to get back to me (offer or rejection). Is this a bad sign?

Accenture

I had an interview on Monday and was told during the call that I passed to go to the next round of interviews. When asked about my next interview, I was told “shortly” and couldn’t provide a specific time frame. How long should I wait before following up with HR? Thank you all!

I bombed my interview at Bytedance and need to rant 😭 I’ve been trying to get an interview with them for a while now & the one chance that I had an interview with them, I blew it :/ I did my best to prepare, but when it came time to interview, my responses were so poorly answered because she asked me a lot of random questions :( i know I’m qualified and can do the work, I’m just not really good at selling myself in interviews.
