Back and forth with HR contact, two long phone interviews with Partners, and then some back and forth again with the recruiter setting salary expectations, and then they provided an offer. Expecting to be embedded at a client facility for the first year.
Virtual interview with two seniors. Relaxed and friendly. Took forty five minutes. I answered all questions well and passed the interview, Got offer but it was lower than my then current salary, and they wouldn't budge.
