ESW Partners Production Manager/Project Manager interview questions

Everyone I met with at ESW was very friendly, and for the most part the interview questions that I was asked were role related, i.e. there was no "if you were a tree, what would you be" type questions. Two of the senior level people I met with actually let me take a look at some of the (client) portfolio information so we could discuss: 1. role expectations 2. work load management techniques. The third senior level person I met with was a little more abrasive, and didn't seem prepared for the interview. Everything seemed to go well until I was to contacted to come in for follow up interviews which were later cancelled, rescheduled, cancelled again, which left me with no desire to follow up with them. Though they were very nice, ESW lacks professionalism.
