    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ETIC Engineering (Costa Mesa, CA) in September 2014.

    Interview

Not too difficult. They talked about the company most of the time. Seemed they were very eager to hire anyone who could jojn. I did get the impression they didn't care too much as long as you show up and do what they say . But I had talked to a few people in the industry and I knew this company had a a very high turnover.

Scattered interview process, the interviewers mostly talked about themselves and the company. It was a pretty easy interview, just had to listen to what they had to say.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ETIC Engineering (Pasadena, CA) in December 2011.

    Interview

Phone call set up through HR, which was followed up by an in person interview. Both interviews seemed disorganized, with people coming/going throughout. Hard to follow any train of thought or procession of questions. I simply felt like the people interviewing me were annoyed with having to be part of the interview.
