Unfreundlich! Kanzleichefin und Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte führten zusammen das Gespräch?! Es ging um eine Stelle als Rechtsanwalt? Welche Qualifikation rechtfertigt die Anwesenheit der ReNo sowie Fragen durch diese? Insgesamt frech, unfreundliche, unverschämtes Gehaltsangebot. Prahlen auch noch damit, dass ein Fachanwalt viel weniger wollte. Na und? Diese Summe, die genannt wurde ist ein Anfängergehalt gewesen, nicht jedoch für einen Fachanwalt. Nie wieder und auch für kein Geld der Welt würde ich dort Arbeiten.

Today had my fourth interview . I interviewed with two upper management folks. I thought the interview went well and conversation flowed nicely. They did not mention next steps and for some reason that freaked me out. Also, the interview was scheduled for 1 PM, but did not have an end time. It lasted about 40 minutes, so I’m not even sure if that is a good amount of time. I haven’t switched companies in 15 years, so I honestly am really out of practice with all of this.

It is customary to ghost prospective employees After an interview? I’ve seen that happen and think it’s very unprofessional. If a person takes the time to fill out an application, do assessments, interview once or twice, I would think they should hear back from the company either way. I was a small business owner at one time and I interviewed and hired people. I always let the prospective employee know right away if they were being hired.
