Interview
It was quick, the interviewers were very easy going and down to earth while maintaining professionalism. It included concise rounds of questioning, brief assessments of skills and qualifications. The focus was mainly on my efficiency and effectiveness.
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
