I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at EY-Parthenon.

    Interview

Applied through OCR, and got an interview. The first rounds consists of two 30 min interviews, and it is the only round. The interviewers were very friendly and nice. Got a very positive impression of the firm.
About 30% behavioral/fit questions, and 70% case questions. Heard back a few days after the interview, but didn't get an offer. Wasn't very surprised as I hadn't prepared very well, though.

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY-Parthenon.

    Interview

Behavioral and Case interview. Classic fit interview and questions. Case was not bad but was very quantitative. It was a classic profitability case. In the behavioral they asked a market sizing question, but they were only looking to see thinking process.
