I applied online and then interviewed about a week later. The process was simple and the questions weren't too challenging. They were just looking to get a general idea on me and my experiences.

I was interviewed by a manager of the local location, the interview was very conversational with easy questions in a relaxed manor. During the interview process the manager was let go so I had to interview with their replacement again

I applied for the crew member job, and I was almost immediately contacted by the store's general manager. The general manager was very easy-going and was more than happy to schedule the interview around my schedule. The interview was set for the next day and the general manager was very helpful in directions to the store and how to let the staff know when I arrived for the interview the next day.
