It was intense and time consuming. First an initial phone screening with HR, then a phone screening with hiring manager and team lead, and finally a day long interview with the entire team and adjunct team. The in-person interview was very organized and on time, but the questions were repetitive in each time block with the team members who were not the most cordial of people. The whole process took 5 months from start to finish.
