4 hours+ of interviewing with multiple disciplines at different levels of experiance. Started with potential co-workers, them directer of engineering and other department principal level people. There was a written test that is taken as two people watch you and you were expected to speak and think through the process as you solve the question, it was nerve racking to some extent.

Got interview from career fair. The interview process is very simple and relax. Ask questions about past experience. Since it is a hardware job interview, I was asked a couple of questions about hardware details such as difference between BJT and MOSFET, how to design a op-amp with a gain of positive 10.
- There is not really any hard questions. The unexpected question may be to draw an op-amp with a gain of positive 10. It is easy to forget these basic things that learned a couple of years ago, since google has dominated.
