Emerson Engineering Interview Questions

Amazing people, super friendly and accomodating. Seemed like a great place to work. Non-technical interview, all behavioural/personality as they want a proper fit to the company. Initial phone screening with the recruiter after application, then led into a group interview with 2 technical leads alongside the recruiter.

I had a phone interview, followed by an on site interview with various people the following week. They were very conversational and low pressure environments during each one on one interview.

I was first contacted by the HR department. We scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview was with 3 managers from different departments. They asked simple questions, mostly behavioral, some technical questions. Nothing too difficult or out of the ordinary.

only one interviewer, himself seems not comfortable being the interviewer. he asked me a few routine question from a list. only took half a hour to finish the interview.

It's just the normal interview, asking about my strengths and weaknesses. All the usual stuff that you will get from the interview books.
