Emerson Senior Software Engineer Interview Questions

I was interviewed by religiously biased person, and it was atrocious. Seemed like he had already formed a negative opinion about me even before interviewing me. He asked me my firstname and then asked 1 technical question then asked my lastname and suddenly his tone changed. Then blurted out few questions. Later he introduced himself and asked about my current salary and expectations very rudely and unprofessionally, when I told him my CTC and ECTC he was like is HR okay with this? How can HR agree to this ECTC? The way he was treating me during an interview was very awful and as if I'm nothing, this really shows Emerson Culture and I would not like to work with him and wish that no candidate has to ever face such a person. What I feel is no one knows everything and yes I agree I may not have answers to his expectations but it doesn't give him any right to humiliate me.

three rounds interview: first round: HR screen: just go through resume second round: hiring manager interview: based on resume, discuss career plan, next 5 year career path third round: architecture interview: based on resume, tell him difficult part in your project, how you handle them, how you handle difficult persons in your career, how to handle difficult technical point. I am waiting for 4th round interview now

CV Screening ->Telephonic -> F2F -> HR Discussions -> CTC Negotiations -> Offer Release Expected skill set from Job Profile is expected, Avg technical knowledge is fine but poor knowledge is not entertained. Outsiders from other cities will get travel expenses for F2F interview

Final round was HR round where they discussed about CTC expectations. Then they they never gave offer mentioning they dont have the position open now. However i could see the posting of same job online again at the same day and next day. They utilized my 2 months. Everytime i used to call for update, they used to reject call and no reply to mail. Please think before they give call to you for interview.

The interview process was simple. 1st round was technical interview, then the same day managerial. After that the HR told me she'll schedule the HR round. But that never happened.

Received a call from consultancy and had a telephonic discussion scheduled by the consultant. Job description communicated was embedded software development using c/c++. Received a call from Emerson Innovation Centre, Pune. Interview was on c, c++ concepts however at the end of interview they told that job profile is for test development and need to work on JScript for doing automation. After hearing this, I informed them that I am not open for this job profile.

Emerson pune took 4 rounds of interview.before going for the interview they will called you so many times and after clearing the interview they don't reply your mail. 1) Telephonic - pass 2) online asp.net test - pass 3) online c# test - pass 4) manager round- pass they told me we will release your offer letter but they didn't reply even your email. Emerson fake interview drive. they called me on weekdays before going for interview they called me so many times in 2 days.
