Emerson Software Test Engineer Interview Questions

I applied back in early September and was reached out to a week later. I was offered three online meetings the following week in one day: a technical interview, a behavioral interview, and an overview of benefits with HR at the end, which overall took place from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. Was told by HR that I would receive a response, whether they would continue with me or not, within 2 weeks. 3 weeks later and a few follow-up emails later no responses at all.

All interviews were done remotely. The first one were mainly regarding my resume and some star questions. The second and third interviews were with the hiring team and I was asked to make simple programs and was asked some technical questions,

Their are four rounds, First one is written apti and technical you have to crack the minimum criteria and then after they will invite you for the face to face technical interview and finally tehy take HR round.

I attended my college job fair, talked quickly to the representatives. A few weeks later there was an on-campus interview. At the interview, there was one engineer and one HR person, they each had a sheet of paper. They both asked pretty simple questions (nothing technical) and wrote down my answers. It was a short process as the time was limited.

It was normal telephonic firstly then f2f but mangers itself was confused to ask question as he asked 1 que before I answer he start another que After couple of months they offered me each month 1 round was there but not more technical sound person was sitted to take interview. Actually they want donkey to work as they say, which is not possible in todays world

Upon sending resume, HR will contact in after a week or two for the result. If passed, they will schedule an interview. Only one interview.

1)Apti round 2)Personal Interview They say that this is the process but it is 1) Aapti Round 2)2 TL's will take your interview 3) Telephonic round(They will call you on your mobile number and will talk to you about your project) 4) Hr round 12 ppl were called 5 got through i was the 6th. The HR sent the last 6 back home, kept me on hold. She went and enquired wheter they will take my interview and then she came back and told me that if they dont get a godd candidate out of the 5 then she will call me for the interview.She said i have been kept on hold for the interview. when i enquired after 2-3 days she told me that when ever there will be openings again i will be directly called for interview and i dont need to give the apitude test again.

interview was okay. challenging questions were asked. Honestly, it was difficult, but they give you guides as you answer. Interview was with a group of hiring managers. They get from a pool of interviewees. Overall, it was a fun experience talking to experienced professionals.

I had a phone interview which last for 30 - 45 minutes. The guy explained about the position, asked a couple of questions from my resume and then asked me whether I had any questions for him. I'm from Dallas and the job was at MN. He sent an email the next day saying they don't fly out out-of-state people for a second interview.
