I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Energy Enterprise Solutions (Richland, WA) in December 2009.

Interview

One on one interview with manager. Went over my experiance, what was expected of the position, and the plan for the new contract. Interview wasn't very challenging but enough was talked about to get a good feeling for the position. The hiring manager was interested in my experiance and made the whole process very comfortable.
