    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise (Boulder, CO) in June 2015.

    Interview

First, phone interview that was approximately 30 minutes long. As long as the person being interviewed uses words like "leadership", "Success-driven", and "competitive", They will move on to the next step in the process. Secondly, you are expected to over-view an office for an hour and than have an interview with the branch manager. The over-view is helpful because it shows you what you are really getting yourself into, and the cut-throat environment Enterprise employees thrive in. The interview portion is mainly supposed to be informal, but similar to the phone interview they are looking for young (recent college grads) and hungry people who are willing to take down their co-workers for success.
