    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise.

    Interview

The initial interview was over the phone and lasted about 30-40 minutes. The recruiter asked pretty standard questions and just got to know who I am. The second interview was held in a corporate office where I met with a talent acquisition specialist who I spoke with on the phone and this interview was roughly 40 minutes. She asked me about sales experience, past leadership, and standard interview questions. Following this I was sent to interview at a branch where i spent an hour shadowing a person in the position I was applying for. I found out I was offered the job the very next day.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise (Atlanta, GA).

    Interview

The hiring process was pretty straight forward. I applied online, then was contacted for a phone interview before moving onto two different in person interviews. The first in person interview was typical interview questions on a 1:1 basis. If selected to move on two round two which is a branch observation be sure to be flexible. I was told it would take up to 2hrs and was there for 4.

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Enterprise (Tampa Palms, FL).

    Interview

The interview process was formal and nothing different than any other interview. However, after talking more in detail about the position I realized it was not the job for me, neither it was a good fit for the job. However, I was disappointed to not get any feedback from the recruiter after interviewing with them, Especially considering I drove 10+ hours for the interview.

They want you to have sales experience but I could tell they liked me during my first in person interview so when I didn't really have experience they basically gave me the answers.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise.

    Interview

You'll have a phone interview with the recruiter then an in person interview with same recruiter-this will be a conversation interview. Next you'll meet with a Branch Manager and an Area Manager who will ask you questions related to sales, service, leadership, teamwork, flexibility. If you only met with the Branch Manager you'll then go on to another interview with an Area Manager (they try to expedite the process by meeting together but that doesn't always work out) he/she will ask you the same questions but dig in harder. Your last interview will be with a Group Rental Manager who will ask you similar questions but will probe in more to make sure you are a good fit for the company and the company is a good fit for you. That is the last interview.
