    Interview

I spoke to an employee about my interest in the position and he forwarded my information to a HR manager. The HR manager called me, we had a brief, informational chat, and then he told me how to apply online. After applying online, he called me again and we set up an interview. It was a pretty much a typical formal interview, and he also gave informative information about the role, the company itself, and what would come next if I were to get a second interview.

There are three rounds of interviews. The first round is simple over the phone, the second round is shadowing, and the third is a formal interview. I was interested in the position until I noticed the employees didn't seem to be enjoying their job during the shadow interview.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise (Kansas City, MO) in June 2017.

    Interview

Applied online through portal, which was easy and forward. Contacted a few days later by Recruiter to schedule an in person interview. The recruiter will sit you down and make you watch a short video about benefits and the company culture. The interview is basic and forward. If this goes well, you will be asked to a shadow and interview day. Scheduling this was a difficult process. The recruiter did not contact me back or offer flexible times/dates. After scheduling the 2nd interview I went to a location where I shadowed another trainee. No one seemed professional while working. Company culture must be low there. Interview was more about situations that I have faced. Was told that a 3rd interview would be scheduled if I was to move on.
After not hearing anything for several days, I contacted the recruiter who responded days later that I was not moving forward in the selection process

    Interview Questions
