I emailed to see what happened. No response as to why. Then scheduled an interview the next day called about 30 minutes late. Then gave me a miserable attitude.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise (Cleveland, OH) in August 2016.

    Interview

Easy. Huge emphasis on sales and long hours. Took about two weeks. The interview process was fairly average. Typical questions. They want you to be very upbeat every step of the way.

    Interview Questions

    Reasons for Declining

I was not okay with working more than anything else in life. If you want a career in sales and looking to grind it out to build your career this could be a great fit for you. It could be a girl alternative for those not wanting to pursue a graduate degree but still having some possibility of moving up with a company. Would not recommend for women seeking to start a family due to the long hour demands, weak health insurance, and mediocre pay.
