    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise (Tucson, AZ) in December 2017.

    Interview

I first had a phone interview, and then we scheduled a one-on-one that week. The interview process did not take longer than 30 minutes. The person interviewing me seemed very professional, and had great communication skills. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited until the interview time. She asked few questions and explained her role and the position I was applying for. If hired, I had to work 40+ hours a week, I believe she said 49 hours.

In person. Straight forward questions at their facility. The woman explained the job and pay and proceeded to ask situational and behavioral questions. She seemed nice but maybe not sincere. I never heard back so I did not know how I did. I like to hear feedback from them and she gave me 0. Just said thanks will reach out soon.

    Application

The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise (Tucson, AZ).

    Interview

I was contacted by the hiring manager to schedule an interview. We scheduled for 2 weeks from this initial contact date. We met for approximately an hour. The focus of the interview was on Sales and customer service, such as previous experiences in these realms. At the end of the interview, I was told I would be contact in the next 2 days and at this point would know if a second interview with the area manager would be scheduled. This was going to be based on the area manager and hiring manager discussing the potential clients. I was told after this interview a location supervision would occur (even though this is called an interview with the location manager).
