The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Environment America in January 2011.

You first meet with a lower level person, and answer questions like 'what type of leader are you?' and 'Tell about a time when you were fighting for a cause' and they kept telling me to think of examples from outside of the classroom. At the end of my first interview, she told me that I was invited back for another interview with someone higher up. I was asked the same sort of questions, but did not prepare at all so I was not offered a position.
