Interviews in Ericsson local office with several from Key Account Management (KAM) executive management leadership cabinet including Sales, Finance, Support, and Technology heads.

Interview Questions

  • Questions very frank and direct. Great attention to technical details and business case background.   Answer Question

Negotiation

Offer pre-determined. Company stays pretty in line with corporate guidelines on salary and offers. Not a lot of room for negotiation.
