Interview
Interview drive includes a written test followed by a technical & final round. Written test is a simple test comprising Reasoning, English & Mathematics questions. It is bit easy to crack. Technical round is mostly interviewed by the managers or project managers. The degree of its toughness depends on the interviewer. Technical round is the one where major filtering happens. It includes not only the technical what, why & how, but also the analytical questions. Final round is generally taken by the group manager which is again bit easy to get through.

Interview
I applied through counsaltant total 3 round in total take place 1. Excel test(it financial accumen test), 2. Technical round(Not to difficult), 3.Hr discussion ( Salary discussion) and it takes almost 2 weeks
There were four rounds starting with basic introduction in Hr round, then there was an excel test, technical round where some finacial questions were asked, final round with avp of process
Total 4 rounds of interview.
Selection process totally based on business requirements and client demands.
HR round followed by Technical round where they basically test your skills on job requirements. Offline test followed interview with manager and lastly salary negotiation.
