Ever have an irate customer situation? How did you handle it? Was the customer satisfied? How would you rate that experience and your ability to handle the situation while adhering to company policy.

Yes, I explained it was company policy not to give cash refunds. But that we would put the amount on a gift card. That the customer was satisfied after calming the situation and expressing the inability to perform her request.
