Explain a scenario in which you had to deal with someone

Arriving to The customers home after properly introducing myself I go over the work order with the customer to make sure all is correct before I start the install. The job was a Takeover. 2Gig makes a module that lets you use there existing hardwired devices. The customers alarm system was powered down, after powering it up the system started beeping giving me trouble codes. The alarm board had a short and so did the wiring after further testing. I explained the situation to the customer who wasn't very happy asking me why this wasn't checked when the job was sold. I assured the customer, I'm sure it was a mistake, I will make some calls for you contacting the sales person directly then my supervisor and we will get this matter taken care of. Also feel free if you have any concerns at anytime don't hesitate to address them to me.
