      Was phone-screened by a person in HR (typical questions: Why did you choose your school, why did your choose your major, what stood out to you about exponent)... Then invited to interview with engineers in dept I would be working in. Interviewed with two engineers at same time, plus senior engineer individually and then engineering manager individually.

      The process was a group information/networking session consisting of two hours. The session was divided into the information session, describing the consultant work of the company, and the networking session, where groups of students talked with four of the employees at the company. Following this session, candidates selected would continue onto an in-person interview.

      It was a interview with 4 people and each one comes in one at a time for 20-30 minutes. then there is a written portion at the end where why ask for a standard operation procedure.

      They were just curious to see if we would be comfortable to long days and a lot of hours. They asked about how I would solve problems and how to make a cup of coffee which is important.
