I applied by contacting one of the senior officers who was recruiting for the company. I sent in my CV to him and I was contacted within 2 weeks for a phone interview. During the phone interview, I was asked basic questions about what I was looking for, what kind of experience I had, and why I was interested in the company. Then I did an in-person interview with 5 of the scientists in different departments at Exponent.

What are the steps that need to be taken in an exposure assessment?
The interview included mostly basic professional questions about communication skills, problem solving, and ability to manage projects. Interviewers asked how you would interact with clients, handle tight deadlines, and coordinate survey research tasks. There were also questions about working in fast paced environments, staying organized across multiple projects, and how you would approach recruiting experts and ensuring survey responses are accurate and high quality.

Interviewer stated they would forward my information to the next step. The screening took 15 minutes and was with a research associate from the same field. From my understanding, the experience varies from team to team.

Did a teams call with a former research assistant. Was very easy going and young. Started by talking about the position and asking a few questions about my background. Came up with a few hypothetical scenarios.
