    Sales Planner Interview

    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Exponential in June 2011.

    Interview

The Interview process begin with the face to face interview with one of the team leads, which carried on for half an hour, followed by a aptitude & essay writing test. Then came in the second round with one of the managers in that team..asked me to draft a sales pitch presentation for a new client..time limit was 15 mins...they actually wanted me to make a short & crisp presentation given the time constraint & everything.
Last round was carried on with one of the Director's, which was actually quite tough as it carried on for 40 minutes flat, but the end result is that I am working at the same post I was hired into.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Exponential (Noida (India)) in June 2014.

    Interview

4 rounds over a period of 2 weeks.

Basic Quantitative ability questions and puzzles.

Some HR kind of questions were asked to check the interest and future aspirations.

HR was very lazy in responding and there was no sense of urgency in order to fill the position. (Reflects much about the company and its growth aspirations )

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Exponential (New Delhi (India)) in October 2016.

    Interview

There was initially an aptitude test, followed by a group discussion and one round of interviews. The interview process consisted of basic resume-based questions, followed by puzzles. The interviewers and HR reps were friendly and made the candidate feel at ease. The interview duration was anytime between 15 min and an hour. They are extremely selective in picking candidates, possibly because of a small team size.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Exponential (New Delhi (India)) in October 2015.

    Interview

First was a paper/pen test consisting of 22 questions of QA/VA/LR and we were given only 30 minutes to solve them. I left the tough ones for the last and managed to get almost 17 correct. So speed, accuracy were key aspects here. After this there was a GD and 1 personal interview. The interview was a mix of HR and Technical. The team asked me all questions from my resume especially from my hobbies and interests. So it’s important you don’t fake anything on the resume otherwise it is difficult to justify. I mentioned Football as an interest and they ended asking me my favorite club and who were Chelsea’s manager before Jose Mourinho. You need to be thorough with what you write on it. They also asked me a puzzle and math questions as well

    Interview

    Round-1: Telephonic round
    Round-2: Aptitude Test
    Round-3 & 4: Personal Interviews
We need to be confident and professional. Stick to basics and study about the company and job process.

The Test would be easy. India bix is enough for the preparation. There will be an essay writing in the test where they would test our communication skills. The result depends on this essay as well.
