Interview
I had an on-campus interview, The interview lasted about 45 minutes. The interviewer was very friendly. She asked a lot of behavioral questions and a few simple technical questions. 10 days after the interview, the interviewee emailed me to tell me that she had forwarded my resume to the engineering team and that the team would reach out to me if they wanted to conduct a phone interview.

STAR based questions, there were very little questioning by the interviewer. They just let you talk until further information is needed based on your answer. This interview happened in my university, and the interview was very formal. Prepare for long silences for when the recruiter types in your answers.

Interview
It is a good interview overall. I am quite nervous and sometimes did not manage to answer well. It basically asks about interpersonal skills. But I appreciate because it gives opportunity to me to have an interview.
