Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.

Interview

They contacted me months after applying and emailed me to set up a Skype interview the following week. I interviewed with two male interviewers who were very uninterested in hearing what I had to say. They explained that they didn't want to interview me but someone at the job fair I attended thought I was impressive and asked them why they haven't contacted me yet. They pointed out things on my resume without asking specific questions or for explanations. They rushed through three behavioral questions and insulted my accomplishments saying "I could've done better." Interviewed ended very awkwardly as if they couldn't wait a second for me to thank them for the interview before hanging up. Shockingly degrading interview, from what I thought would be a lot more professional of a company.

    Interview

I applied through my university and on their website. I spoke with someone at a job fair and was contacted via phone about a week later. The call was rushed and it was on a Friday afternoon about scheduling an interview that Monday morning. The interview was with a staffing agent and an HR rep from Chrysler. They asked me 3 simple questions; why HR? tell me about a time where you had to get results? tell me about a time where you had to work on a team"

    Interview

Panel of 3 interviewers who asked me the very basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, tell me about yourself, and describe a time when. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. All panel members had the same questions on their sheet and they would take turns asking the questions to me. The interview lasted a total of about 10 minutes.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (Dearborn, MI) in November 2013.

    Interview

I was interviewing for HR Intern at Chrysler. I applied online and was contacted about 4 weeks later by Career Office at my university. I was scheduled to interview 2 weeks later. The process was challenging but relatively predictable. I was asked to talk about myself and my favorite and least favorite classes. I talked a lot about my projects, seems that team work is really what they are looking for. There were also 3 behavioral questions that used STAR. Questions were about building trust in a team, I found this one hardest to answer. There was also a question about my most innovative idea. Also asked about challenges with a project and how I overcame it.. They also ask if you had any questions, and gave me some good insight on their company They were doing a lot of notes, but were very, very nice and seemed interested. I will hear if I'll get an offer in early December

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (Auburn Hills, MI) in October 2011.

    Interview

Chrysler hires third party vendor to conduct phone interviews. However, it appeared that the person collecting the information did not capture everything I was trying to convey. After the interview ended, I felt very uneasy. The concepts I communicated are pretty difficult to understand for someone not familiar with the field.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (Turin (Italy)) in September 2016.

    Interview

1st step: presentation of myself in English. I was asked to prepare a presentation of myself in under 5 five minutes and then another 5 minutes to speak. We could say whatever we wanted but we were also given 5-6 cars and we had to choose one and explain why that reflected us

2nd step: logic test that lasted 20 minutes.

3rd step: English test that lasted 25 minutes. We were presented with some examples of e-mails that we had to reply to, then we had to prepare the script of a presentation given a set of slides with rough details only. Finally, the last task involved replying to a friend of ours through "facebook", helping her out with a problem that she had with her colleagues at work

4th step: group activity (max 45 minutes). We were presented with 3 case studies, nothing particularly complex but with 10 people around the table you have to speak up and make sure you involve everyone, and come up with a solution that everyone agrees with

5th step: Individual interview with HR manager. Motivational questions to see if you are the right fit and if you know about what you will be doing. Other questions related to current events, so it helps if you read something about what's going on in the world before going there. It's really just a pleasent chat and you have the possibility to show how your experience and motivation can be the right fit for the job. Although, at this stage they were still quite vague about the responsibilities so they didn't answer specific questions that I had reserved for them about the job
