Application
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FTI Consulting in October 2017.
Interview
Started with an on campus interview. I got called in for a second round interview the following week and had a dinner with all the candidates the night before the office interview. I talked to several employees with mainly behavioral questions.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (Washington, DC).
Interview
First interview was with HR. Essentially a personality type interview to see if I fit at the company. The next two were on the phone. First was with a senior consultant and managing director that included a lot of technical questions. The second was with another manager and that was a mixture of technical and personal questions. After that, they flew me out to DC for an in person interview. From the three people who interviewed me, only one had asked any sort of thechnical questions. The other two asked more personal questions as well as why I wanted to join the company. It seemed as if they wanted to sell me the company rather than me sell myself to them.
After all that, there was a video call with the person in charge of the department. She told me 10 minutes in I had the job and we just spoke about what I should do and she gave me a lot of amazing tips and information about the company.
Application
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (Denver, CO).
Interview
This was a campus recruitment. First stage was an on-campus interview, then a super day at the office. The day consisted of 5 interviews and an exam. Interviews aren't very difficult, but the day is exhaustive.

Interview
I applied through my university. The interview was pretty straight forward. A few behavioral related to work experiences and technical questions related to financial statements. He also left time at the end for me to ask him questions.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (New York, NY) in October 2016.
Interview
Spent three full days jumping through hoops, meeting employees from all levels of the company; taking and passing a test that they said 85% applicants fail. Listened to snide comments about my employer and just general chest puffing about how great FTI is and how much better they are than the rest. Didn't receive an offer because of salary, something that was discussed before the hoop jumping and was told would be 'no problem' (part of the chest puffing I could only assume).
Do yourself a favor, see how often ads come up for entry level positions and you'll see it's a revolving door over there.
Interview Questions
Interview
Conducted a Skype interview, part of which consisted of a personality test. I wrote some illustrations and they were interpreted by the interviewer. I forgot the name of the specific test, but I believe these personality tests are used widely in the region of the world where I applied for the position.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (New York, NY) in January 2015.
Interview
Three "phases:" On campus interview, pre super day happy hour, actual super day. A combination of behavioral and technical questions, although the technical questions were not a full blown case study or full on financial technical interview. Interviewers were friendly, prepared, and would all later on be future colleagues in one capacity or another.

Interview
Phone interview with HR. Questions had nothing to do with the position. Interviewer seemed rushed from the start- which made me feel uneasy. I wasn't even asked if I had any questions at the end of the interview. Very disappointed, especially after preparing for hours the day before. If all their employee's are as miserable as the interviewer seemed, I'd rather not work for FTI.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (Washington, DC) in April 2014.
Interview
Two face-to-face interviews. Most of the discussion was around personality, discussing positive and negative experiences I'd had and how I dealt with them, individually and in a team. There were some very soft technical questions too, asking about technology I'd used, including whether I enjoyed it / had an aptitude for it.
