Faber and Faber Ltd. interview questions

Interview only lasted 10 minutes. Would be more beneficial to carry out preliminary telephone interviews if the majority are going to be short. Not too much of a hassle for me, but for those travelling from around the country, I can imagine this would be very infuriating, disheartening and expensive.
