Three Rounds.
1st Round: Online Aptitude test with basics of Fixed Income, Financial Markets and Probability.
2nd Round: Offline Interview at office. Basics of Fixed Income and Derivatives.
3rd Round: Online Interview. Same as last round.

Interview
The interview process was highly disappointing. There was no clear communication regarding the schedule or timing, and the way the interaction was conducted lacked professionalism. I expected much better from a reputed company like FactSet. This experience fell far below expectations and left a negative impression, which was truly unexpected from such a prestigious organization.
