Fagron Sterile Services interview questions

Fairly informal, had only a single interviewer and HR in the room. A lot of questions involving quality assurance experience, integrity, etc. as the position is for final review of documents involving drug compounding and filling.

I was interviewed twice, was offered the job - great! Then late the next day the HR representative said, "I got word from our Senior Leadership team that the permission to fill that role has been revoked." Who does this? So, potential job applicant, would you want to work for a company that does business like that?
