    Interview

Standard questions with scenarios. There were two phases. With humans resources and the upper management. all were very friendly and extremely nice. They created an atmosphere of acceptance and I never felt like I said something wrong. They enjoyed every answer I gave. Very friendly

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts (Jasper, AB (Canada)) in September 2012.

    Interview

30 Minute online behavioural test, followed by two follow up phone interviews, one by HR, which was a general interview, with questions like why are you applying, what do you want to get out of the experience, have you visited the location before etc. The second interview was by the hiring department manager, and was more to further explain the role and assess if you could manage the duties required. Overall a pretty easy interview.

    Interview Questions

    • "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" - for such a junior position, seemed unnecessary.   Answer Question
