Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Farfetch (Los Angeles, CA) in November 2016.
Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial phone interview/screening with HR Recruiter, then in house interviews with the direct Manager for the position and finally, Talent and People Partner. (HR) Two writing sample tests. This was followed by a Skype Interview with the North American Manager Director. Everyone is very passionate about the product and the Customer Service Managers/Directors etc. are just as passionate about creating a good experience for the customers. All are easy to talk to and make you feel very comfortable. They have a very "human" quality about them.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Farfetch in February 2016.
Interview
My first interview was via Skype with a recruiter for Farfetch. It was a great opportunity to hear about the company and the position and also to see if it is a good fit on both ends. My second interview was in person with the manager I'd be reporting to. My third interview was another in person interview, with the Department Director. My last interview was with HR via Skype. I remember enjoying the interview process because the messages I was getting about the company were consistent and genuinely positive.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Farfetch.
Interview
The HR rep was very nice and helpful throughout the process. The test itself was very straightforward but I made some dumb mistakes and wasn't a proficient enough programmer back then.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farfetch (Los Angeles, CA) in March 2016.
Interview
I was interviewed via Skype. Pretty basic and average interview asking mostly questions about organization and work experience in a fast paced environment with heavy data entry.
Hiring manager was very relaxed and easygoing. Not intimidating at all. The position was freelance so it just didn't work out.

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Farfetch (Los Angeles, CA).
Interview
Interviewed with 6-7 people both virtually and in person over the course of 7 weeks, including preparing a presentation that took about 13 hours to prepare. My only complaint was that after so much time was spent on the process, after several compliments on my interviews and presentations, I was told that the company decided to choose another candidate. No other feedback was given, even after directly asking. It felt as if the 13+ hours spent asking me questions about how to strategically staff their locations, I should have charged a consultative fee. That's how detailed it was.
