I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Burnsville, MN) in May 2014
Interview
Applied through my University's career website. Was called in for an interview with a recruiter. Then was called in for a second interview with the district manager. Mostly behavioral questions, some had to do with knowledge of insurance. Overall it was a very easy interview process. The internship was mostly quoting existing and potential clients, designing fliers and other marketing tools, and shadowing district manager.

What is the difference between term and life insurance?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Moline, IL)
Interview
It was very casual, but I had to explain my experiences in working with people, and have an example of what type of "conflict" I had to resolve in a group or project setting. It was a copy paste of a normal interview, but it went more into the introspection of conversing with clientele and was more focused on my productivity and socialization skills
