the process took a very long time about a month tops. first called me to set up an interview with the company that interview me with a mirage of questions. the question where easy to answer.

I was qualified. There wasn't really an interview. "Do you want the job?" "Yes, I do. It's a pay raise from what I was doing." "Great, your hired." I already knew the manager, she need a driver and liked me. It was pretty painless.

basic interview, watched safety and loading videos, FedEx 'purple promise' propaganda. Training videos lasted 3 days, mostly not applicable to my job. I applied for full time truck driver position but told that I have to work part time as a loader at least 6 months before I can apply for a different position.
