    Senior Strategic Planner Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Princeton, NJ
    Declined Offer
    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ferrara and Company (Princeton, NJ) in September 2015.

    Interview

I don't normally write reviews, but I was very impressed with the interview experience and thought I should share. From the start, Deborah Rosta (HR Manager), was extremely kind, professional and organized. With her help, the entire process went smoothly & seamlessly. We started off with an introductory phone call--an opportunity for both of us to establish fit-- and ended the call with plans to schedule in-person meetings. Since I work in NYC, Deborah was very respectful of my time and created a schedule that allowed me to meet with 4 people in just one morning. I arrived at the meetings feeling comfortable and welcomed; I left the meetings feeling energized and excited about the role and the team I'd be working with. Deborah got back to in a timely manner with feedback from these meetings. Though, for personal reasons, I ended up not being able to accept the offer at this time, I absolutely plan on staying in touch with Deborah about future opportunities.

    Average Interview

    Application

I interviewed at Ferrara and Company (Princeton, NJ) in August 2015.

    Interview

The interview process was very straight-forward. The Human Resources Manager was very nice and professional; she reviewed my skills and qualifications, gave me a description of what the position would entail, what would be expected of me and gave ample opportunity for questions. I was also able to meet and briefly interview with a few other colleagues that, if hired, I would be working under and alongside.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Ferrara and Company (Princeton, NJ) in July 2015.

    Interview

Process was very unprofessional, unorganized and took over a month to deny me of the position. Took a long time to hear back even if you call and/or email to follow up. Misspelled name/other words in emails/documents back to you. Went in three times to interview and met with several people and worked on their clients projects for them as well. Not willing to adapt you to their agency or give you a chance even if you are fully capable. One person said "graphical" isn't a word which I had on my resume, yet, it is a word, you can even check google. Very disappointed but glad I won't be working for them.

    Interview

Interview was overall easy, however I felt they had you interview with people who didn't know much about the open position (there is a lack of knowledge between verticals here and better integration overall would help this)
