Interview
First you do a phone screen, where they describe your duties and ask you if you have any questions for them, and just chat with you to get a feel for you. If they like you, they will ask you to come in for an in person interview. The in person interview is conducted between multiple different people and sometimes you will have at least two people interviewing you at once.

Question 1
They all ask you if you have any questions for them, so come prepared with some questions to ask them.

Interview
A bit more intensive than I expected, I had a phone interview (which was really low-key) then in-person I met w/ HR, then two supervisors from department I was applying to. Following that I shadowed a Happiness Manager for about 20 mins, then interviewed with department head. A lot of them asked the same questions, so it got a bit repetitive, but other than that a smooth interview process. I heard back that I got the job about a week later.

Question 1
No curve-ball questions, mainly the standard “why do you think you’d be a good fit?” or “how would you deal with a difficult client?”. I guess only surprise was they asked how comfortable I was with doing basic calculations on the spot as this is sometimes required while on the phone. I’m good with math so was fine with this, but might be surprise to some people.

Interview
Ask basic easy questions. Tell about your self and background. There were not any hard interview questions. If you can confidently talk about your experiences you are good to go. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. Have multiple copies of resume just in case they don't have it. Had 3 different people come in to do interview. Overall easy.

Starts with a phone conversation worth someone in HR, then a background check (since you'll be handling credit card information), and finally a face to face interview with the department supervisors
