    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fido (Vancouver, BC (Canada)) in March 2013.

    Interview

Pretty basic. Started off with describing a little bit about yourself. Then the manager goes into your education and why you are interested in this job. Strengths, weaknesses. Why do you think you will add value to the company. Pretty standard questions. I only had one interview with the manager and then got a call back within a few days.

There were a lot of personality questions, strengths and weaknesses, and customer situational questions. He asked about hours of availability and pay. Towards the end, he asked me to sell him a pen.
