Initial phone interview followed by a second round involving a day of interviews with five separate First Western employees. This was for the Professional Development Program. Interviewed with employees from across the bank. Interviewers asked questions designed to understand my motivation for seeking the position and get a better understanding of who I am.

Interview
The first step was a Short phone interview followed by an in person interview. In the 2nd interview there was 2nd associate that I met with. I was told they would have a decision within a week but it was pushed out several times.
