Interview

Phone interview with recruiter. Recruiter referred me to the management for a telephone interview. Phone interview with the manager over this department. Was called back right away to come to the office for an In person interview. Can't provide any feedback due to no response after interview. Emailed and called recruiter for follow up and no response. Very unprofessional interview process.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Fiserv (King of Prussia, PA) in January 2015.

    Interview

Telephone interview followed by 3 hour in person interview; they have a high turn over rate which tells me that they interview often off of a static hiring recipe. There is really nothing out of the ordinary or challenging, it's current state of office hiring is reminiscent of older low tech companies.

    Interview Questions

    • Name a time you had an adversarial time with a fellow employee; describe you may have had different views and how you overcame them style questioning. Typical interview questions.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

    Manager Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Amherst, NY

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at Fiserv (Amherst, NY) in November 2012.

    Interview

Very generic and standard. Not much enthusiasm about the position from the HR rep or department manager I spoke with. They used canned/company questions during my one on one meeting. Seemed like they just needed new blood to maintain the night shifts that they had no care or interest for.

    Interview Questions

What can you offer Fiserv that we don't already have?
