Then was given a phone interview with three other people that took about half an hour. Then a week later they called and said I didn't get the job.

    the interview process was a postive experience. The interview took about 3 hours to conduct and consisted of a lunch meeting and an informal meeting between myself and two of the management personel. The questions asked were very detailed. They were very willing to respond to my questions and offered very good feedback.
