    Easy interview process. Initially had a phone interview with the HR coordinator, during which basic behavioral and experience questions were asked ("Can you explain in more detail what you accomplished during your term as a XXX at YYY Company?"). About a week later, I had an interview with the hiring manager and it was pretty much the same, but more focused on what my opinions were on supply chain/inventory management, what I wanted to accomplish, etc.. There were no technical or situational questions asked.

    I submitted my resume online and a recruiter got in touch with withing 2-3 weeks. Had a phone interview with the hiring manager then an onsite interview was arranged.

    The onsite interviewed was with about 4 people including the hiring manager. Some of the questions were technical in nature and it pertains to what you'd be working on. There wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

    Normal process. Phone screen by recruiter. Then hiring manager. On site visit. Personality screen, background check, no drug screen. Onboarding a but cumberson. Computer/phone not ready when you arrive.
