Interview

Submitted CV and covering letter, waited until deadline passed then received a call inviting me to an assessment day. After an initial presentation by the company, applicants were split into groups according to the role they applied for. You're then given a case study and are expected to give an 7 minute presentation with around half an hour of preparation. A team building exercise followed after and then lunch. After that you get two interviews, one being more general and the other more technical. They sent their decision roughly 3 weeks later.

Interview Questions

  • Make sure you research the specific area of the business you're going into as this isn't a general graduate scheme where you're given much of a chance to rotate between different departments.   Answer Question
