Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Fort Sill National Bank in December 2015.

At the end of my interview I had to sell a pen to see how my sales strategy was. He explained everything about the pisition in detail so it wasn't any questions that I needed answered at the end.

    Interview

I got a call a few days after i sent in my resume. The recruiter was very nice.
Everything changed when I went into the room for the interview. I went in the interview confident but left feeling drained.

    Interview Questions

    • I was asked so many questions i felt as though I was taking a big exam. The Manager and the floor manager interviewed me and was just spitting out questions and writing my responses. They did not ask me any probing questions. I was dying for the interview to be over. My floor manager was chewing very loud and made me uncomfortable.   Answer Question

    Reasons for Declining

After the interview I just felt that I would not really enjoy working there. My head hurt so much.. I went to bed as soon as I got home.
