Interview
They received my resume on Indeed and scheduled an in person interview. It was a group interview and we had toured the hospital. We then sat down for the group interview and it was in the form of a discussion.
They gave me a tour and asked me questions for about 20 minutes. They then let me shadow another Mental Health Specialist to see what the job was like. They told me if I had any questions I could ask. Two people interviewed me at the same time.

Pretty average interview. Basically just goes over your resume and then asks you about yourself. Asks you common q's and then will have you shadow the unit for like 15mins
