Despite confirming a date and time for the initial interview, the interviewer failed to show up, and I never received a Zoom link for the call. I promptly followed up twice, but received no reply. This unprofessional behavior left me disappointed and reflects poorly on the company, especially considering the position was for a mid-level role. Throughout the process, I interacted with two individuals who appeared disorganized when it came to setting up dates and times.
