Initial screening with HR recruiter. First interview was 30 mins. A week later I was given a test (lengthy- took approx 3 hours to complete within the week) followed by a final week of interviews. These could be back to back they explained or spread out over different points in the day. I met with the hiring manager again for another 30 mins, followed by two other 30 min interviews with 4 other members of the team. Lastly, I met with the director of the department for 30 mins the following week. They certainly included everyone you were to potentially work with. Process start to end took two months yet I reached out to when their decision was made. Needless to say I was put through the ringer and was surprised not to receive the courtesy of an email after the fact.
Recruiters were all very helpful in the process, I interviewed for another position I was suited for so they are helpful in plugging you in where it makes sense. It’s just a lengthy process.
