Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fyber (San Francisco, CA) in October 2018.
Interview
I submitted my resume through a referral and within days an interview was set up. The initial phone interview was with the recruiter and it quickly moved forward with another 30 min phone interview with the hiring manager. Following that, I was asked to visit the office for an on-site interview with 5 team members (30 mins each) with whom I would be working very closely with. Lastly, I had a final interview with the President/Chief Business Officer that was about 45 mins. The interview process was incredibly swift and professional. Altogether, the process took 3 weeks and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I appreciated the honesty and transparency throughout the entire process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fyber (San Francisco, CA) in July 2018.
Interview
Smooth transition from TA Specialist to HR team in SF. Transparent team that went over high's and lows (which you'll find any any company). Met with different hiring managers who went over their open positions and gave some great insight on industry.

Interview
The interview process started with a phone screen and then I was invited to come in for an in-person interview with the team. After that I had two more phone interviews with remote employees. It was good to meet the team I'd be directly be working with, and I felt they were really looking for the right candidate based on experience and culture. They were able to work with my schedule and were mindful of my time (aka no day-long interviews) which is always very appreciated when looking for jobs. Overall, it was a positive process!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fyber.
Interview
Started off by applying through their online portal. Contacted by a HR representative from SponsorPay's Berlin office and scheduled a phone screen. The length of the phone screen was about 15 minutes and resulted in a face to face interview with the director at the regional office. Director was very helpful and engaging.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fyber (New York, NY).
Interview
Had a great phone interview first. Was told a lot about the company, some info on revenue growth and direction. Heard back that day from the recruiter about next steps.
In person interview was very different. Seemed to want to undermine or devalue success. I think their challenge will be getting visibility in the NYC market which is very NYC centric and campaigns in other countries, with different demographics and attitudes, are not always seen as equal currency here.
Interview Questions
Interview
First step was phone interview. Lots of process delay since people are living in different timezones. Second step was Google Doc share with someone to answer basic questions about mobile development, MySQL, etc. One week past and I emailed the recruiter status update. Was told before interview ended that I will know after a couple of days. The reply of the email was that after one week I will know. So I've been ghosted. Very negative experience overall.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Fyber (San Francisco, CA) in August 2015.
Interview
The interview process is very disjointed. You spend only 30 minutes with each person and they really do not explain in any detail what the company does. They also change the people that you will be interviewing with at the last minute so there is no way to study the background of each person.
They are also not upfront about the position that you will be filling. I was told that I would be running a group only to find out that I would be entering in that role competing against the person who has held the role for 3 years. This shows a very immature management team that they would put a person up against an incumbent who has not performed in 3 years.
Also, they will push you to accept an offer in 48 hours.

I applied online. I interviewed at Fyber (San Francisco, CA) in March 2017.
Interview
I applied and got a phone screening set up the next day. My first phone screening was with the office manager and then the Account Manager that I would be working with. The call went really well and I had an in-person two hour interview with 4 people.
The interview process was long and lengthy. Each person asked what I knew about the company and what service they provide. General questions about what I am looking for in a career. A lot of the questions were repetitive so make you have different answer each time!
Unfortunately did not get the job but it was a great interview experience/practice.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fyber (New York, NY) in April 2018.
Interview
I was contacted by an external recruiter coincidently after applying directly for the role. The interview process was incredibly swift and professional. An initial phone screening took place with the respective manager of the position, and the VP of the team. Following that, I was called into the office to meet with 3 members of the team whom I would be working very closely with. I met with them individually for 3 0minutes. Lastly, I had a final interview with the head of the NY office in-person that was about 45 minutes. All in all, the process took 3 weeks or so and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I appreciated the honesty and transparency throughout the entire process.
